Everything in the universe is based on math.  Language is math because sound is electromagnetic frequencies which is math.  Language and sounds are heard because they vibrate at certain rates called Hertz frequencies, or cycles per second.  Your brain perceives these energised vibrations and interprets the messages according to your programming or neurology and memory circuits formed from life experiences.

Π ‘pi’ & the Word

The number π is a mathematical constant, the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter, commonly approximated as 3.14159. It has been represented by the Greek letter "π" since the mid-18th century, though it is also sometimes spelled out as "pi" (/paɪ/).

π ‘pi’ means ‘little mouth’ in Greek and comes from the Hebrew letter פ ‘peh’ which means also means a mouth.  It is through the mouth and man’s breath that language (words) are formed.  In language, there are 7 sounds which form all words in all languages, all of which trace back to Hebrew language which consists of 22 letters.  22 divided by 7 brings forth the number of π ‘pi’ (3.14).  Amazingly, it has been found that the sound which man makes when speaking is circular in shape.

This 22, 7 – circle connection is seen further in Genesis 1:1 and the earth itself.  More on this below.

The Number 314

“The connection between Book (Biblos = 314) and the Bible and the Number pi = 3.14159265… is very interesting in light of the continued fraction This link takes you off the Bible Wheel site and opens a new window convergent pi ~ 22/7 = 3.142857_ and the structure of the Bible as a Wheel of 22 Spokes and 7 symmetrical canonical divsions (cf. The Canon Wheel Explanation).”

The Hebrew word for ‘word’ is דבר ‘davar’ means order and arrangement as in the arrangement of letters to form words. דבר ‘davar’ comes from the root דר which means a ‘circle.’  Amazingly, when man speaks the sound that comes forth is in the shape of a circle or ‘pearl.’

The studies of John Stuart Reid reveal that the shape of sound coming from our mouths when we speak is likened unto a ‘pearl.’

Sound that comes from our mouths is like unto a PEARL.

Mat 7:6  Do not give that which is holy to the dogs, nor throw your pearls before the pigs, that they should not trample them with their feet, and turning they charge you.
The word for pearl in the above verse comes from the following Greek word.

G3135
μαργαρίτης
margaritēs

Thayer Definition:
1) a pearl
2) a proverb, i.e. a word of great value
Part of Speech: noun masculine
A Related Word by Thayer’s/Strong’s Number: from margaros (a pearl-oyster)
The Greek word μαργαρίτης ‘ margaritēs’/μάργαρον ‘margaron,’ meaning a pearl, comes from the Hebrew word is גרעין ‘gariyn’ which means grain, or a seed.

Luk 8:11  And this is the parable: The seed is the Word of God.
The Pearl further connects to the Word in that the word translated as pearl in Ester 1:6 is the Hebrew word דר ‘dar’ which as mentioned above is the root of the word דבר ‘davar’ which means ‘word’ in Hebrew.

Breaking apart the word דבר ‘davar’ further displays this word – pearl connection.  דר ‘dar’ is a pearl or circle.  The inside letter ב ‘bet’ means a house or body.  דבר  ‘davar’ then can mean the pearls that come forth from the house/body…this is exactly what our words are.  The mouth (פ ‘peh’) and the house (ב ‘bet’) connection will be addressed in more detail below.

Further connecting the pearl/circle {דר ‘dar’} is the camp of Israel in the wilderness.  The word דר ‘dar’ also means a generation as in the “circle of a family”.  In ancient times a family camp was in the form of a circle as in the camp of Israel in the wilderness.  The family of Israel is linked to the pearl.  In the book of Revelation as there are 12 gates named after Israel made of pearl in the New Jerusalem (Revelation 21:14-21).

This sound – mouth connection is seen in the Scriptures.
Amo 6:5  That chant to the sound {פּה ‘peh’} of the viol, and invent to themselves instruments of musick, like David;

The Physics of Sound

Another connection to our words being circular in nature is the Hebrew word for mouth, from whence our words come.  The Hebrew word for mouth is  פה ‘peh’ and is depicted in the Hebrew Aleph-Bet by by the letter of the same name and meaning.
The edge of a sword in Hebrew is also the word פה ‘peh’ (mouth).
Pro 5:4  But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a twoedged {פה ‘peh’} sword.
The Word of God is spoken of as a two-edged sword as well.
Heb 4:12  For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
פה ‘peh’  is also translated as ‘commandment’ and ‘word in the Scriptures, further connecting the mouth and the Word.

All words come forth from 7 sounds.

Etymologists have found that human speech consists of 7 sounds.
Vowels (breath), bilabials (lips), gutturals (throat), dentals (teeth), liquids (tongue), nasals (nose) and fricatives (whistling sounds).Source: The Origin of Speeches: Intelligent Design in Language – Isaac Mozeson

Day 1 of creation corresponds to day 4.  Day 2 corresponds to day 5.  Day 3 corresponds to day 6.  The Light of the 1st day connects with the light of the sun on day 4.  The fish in the 5th day and the water of the 2nd day connect.  Man in the 6th day connects with the earth/dust from whence he came.  Using this pattern Mr. Saba found that the menorah shows the original Solfeggio scale.

Left to right
174, 285, 396

Right to left
417, 528, 639

Bottom to right to left

741, 852, 963

1: Ut=396=9
2. Re=417=3
3. Mi=528=6
4. Fa=639=9
5. Sol=741=3
6. La=852=6

By following the above, 174, 285, 396 etc, a spiral movement is seen.  Here we see a connection, via the Menorah, between light and sound.  The 7 branches of the Menorah correspond to the 7 notes in the musical scale and the 7 colors in the color spectrum and the 7 wavelengths of the electromagnetic spectrum.

π ‘pi’ & The Beginning

π ‘pi’ can be calculated from Genesis 1:1 by taking the 22 Hebrew letters (that were used in creation) and dividing them by 7 for the seven words of this verse.  22 / 7 = 3.14.  The Greek word for Bible (βιβλος ‘Biblos’) has the numerical equivalent of 314.

Chuck Missler, in his video ‘What is Truth?’ brings forth some interesting information about the equations of pi and the mathematical constant of ‘e’.  These are the only two ‘constants’ in our universe.

The Mysteries of Pi and e   (by Chuck Missler)

The recent discovery that the speed of light is not a constant has created quite a stir – and rethinking – in both physics and cosmology. (Although the spate of recent articles always fails to credit Barry Setterfield for calling this to our attention over a decade ago!) However, there does appear to be at least two intrinsic constants in the universe: p  and e.
We all met p (“pi”) in school when we had to deal with the circumference of a circle and similar matters. “Pi are squared” sounds like bad grammar, but it is correct geometry for the area of a circle, pr2. We approximated it with 22/7, until we got into engineering circles where we learned that, more precisely, it was 3.141592654…

Natural Logarithms

Perhaps less well known to most of our less technical subscribers is the base of Naperian (“natural”) logarithms, e . It shows up in myriads of places in advanced engineering and mathematics such as:

A Rabbinical Tradition

The ancient Hebrew sages believed, of course, that God created the heavens and the earth. However, some of them believed that the Word of God was the very template with which He did it.
There are two well-known references to the creation in the Scripture: Genesis 1:1 and John 1:1. Let’s look “underneath” the text of each of these.

Circle of the Earth

The word Π  ‘pi’ comes from the Greek letter Π ‘pi’ which means little mouth but was chosen as such as an abbreviation for the Greek word περιφέρεια ‘periphereia’ from whence comes the English word ‘periphery.’  ‘Periphery’  has the meaning of a “line round a circular body” or the “circumference”.  Periphery traces back to the Old French word ‘periferie’ which means the “atmosphere around the earth”.

Isa 40:22  He who sits on the circle of the earth, even those living in it are like grasshoppers; He who stretches the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them like a tent to live in;

Pro 8:27  When He prepared the heavens, I {Wisdom/Messiah} was there; when He set a circle on the face of the deep,

Pro 8:30  then I was at His side, like a master workman {אמן ‘amon’} and I was His delights day by day, rejoicing before Him at every time;

Rev 3:14  And to the angel of the assembly of Laodicea, write: These things says the Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Head of the creation of God:   {Notice the number of this verse…314}

This word אמן ‘amon/amen’ comes from the root word מן ‘man’ which is also the root for the word מנה ‘minah’ which means to number, מנה ‘maneh’ which means to measure and מונה ‘moneh’ which means the counting of time.  These concepts will be elaborated upon later.

The Earth reveals His Glory

Joh 12:37  But though He had done so many miraculous signs before them, they did not believe into Him,
Joh 12:38  so that the Word of Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, which he said, “Lord, who has believed our report? And the arm of the Lord, to whom was it revealed?” Isa. 53:1
Joh 12:39  Because of this they could not believe, because Isaiah said again,
Joh 12:40  “He has blinded their eyes” and “has hardened their heart,” “that they might not see with the eyes” and “understand with the heart,” “and be converted,” “and I should heal them.” Isa. 6:10
Joh 12:41  Isaiah said these things when he saw His glory, and spoke about Him.

Albert Barnes commentary Joh 12:41 –
When he saw his glory – Isa_6:1-10. Isaiah saw the Lord (in Hebrew, יהוה  Yahweh) sitting on a throne and surrounded with the seraphim. This is perhaps the only instance in the Bible in which Yahweh is said to have been seen by man, and for this the Jews affirm that Isaiah was put to death. God had said Exo_33:20, “No man shall see me and live;” and as Isaiah affirmed that he had seen Yahweh, the Jews, for that and other reasons, put him to death by sawing him asunder. See Introduction to Isaiah, Section 2.

By his glory is meant the manifestation of him – the Shechinah, or visible cloud that was a representation of God, and that rested over the mercy-seat. This was regarded as equivalent to seeing God, and John here expressly applies this to the Lord Jesus Christ
John affirms that it was the glory of the Messiah that Isaiah saw, and yet Isaiah affirms that it was Yahweh; and from this the inference is irresistible that John regarded Jesus as the Yahweh whom Isaiah saw.

Isa 6:1  In the year that King Uzziah died, then I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up. And His train filled the temple.
Isa 6:2  Above it stood the seraphs. Each one had six wings; with two he covered his face; and with two he covered his feet; and with two he flew.
Isa 6:3  And one cried to the other and said, Holy, holy, holy is Jehovah of Hosts; all the earth is full of His glory!

KJV footnote ‘His glory is the fulnesse of the whole earth.’

Isa 6:4  And the doorposts shook from the voice of the one who cried; and the house was filled with smoke.
Isa 6:5  Then I said, Woe is me! For I am cut off; for I am a man of unclean lips, and I live amongst a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, Jehovah of Hosts.
Hab 2:14  For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of Jehovah, as the waters cover the sea.

This is the definition of eternal life to know His Glory (John 17:3).

Jesus is the glory of God

Rev 1:15  And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.
Rev 21:23  And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

Messiah is the Lamb of God (John 1:29, 36; Revelation 5:6; 7:17; 14:10; 15:3; 19:9; 21:23; 22:1,3).

The Lamb and the 7 Spirits of God

Rev 5:6  And I saw, and behold, in the midst of the throne, and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, was a Lamb standing, as having been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God,having been sent out into all the earth.
Isa 11:1  And a Shoot goes out from the stump of Jesse, and a Branch will bear fruit out of his roots.
Isa 11:2  And the Spirit of Jehovah shall rest on Him; He will have the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and power, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Jehovah.
Isa 11:3  And He is made to breathe in the fear of Jehovah. But He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, nor decide by the hearing of His ears.

The ‘Shoot’ of Jesse mentioned above is seen in the Olive tree.
Rom 11:16  Now if the firstfruit is holy, so also the lump. And if the root is holy, so also the branches.

The Olive Tree of Israel is linked to the menorah (Zechariah 4:14) and the body of Messiah.

7 Branches of the Menorah correspond to the 7 continents

The center of the Menorah points to the body Messiah.  The word for the shaft/center of the menorah in Hebrew is ירך ‘yarekh’ which also means body.  The center of the earth is the land of Israel (Ezekiel 8:12), whose center is Jerusalem which is further divided into 7 mountains (1 Enoch 17:6-8; 24:1).  The center of Jerusalem is the Temple which contains the 7 branched menorah, the Holy of Holies is the center of the Temple and the Ark is placed in the center of the Holy of Holies which contains the 7 pillars of Wisdom (Proverbs 9:1).

ארץ ‘eretz’

The word ארץ ‘eretz’ is translated as earth but literally means something that is broken up or divided, as in the 7 divisions of the earth into 7 continents.

The 7 continents correspond to the Menorah which is a picture of the body of Messiah.

The body has 7 main parts: head, 2 limbs, torso, 2 legs, privies.  Interestingly the earth is made up of roughly 70% water and The human body is more than 70% made of water, we all know this right? Our DNA holds a code through which an individual is “manufactured” and each of us differs from any other human being by the information of this code. Not till long ago humanity has looked at water as something to just feed and nourish your body with, as something plants need to grow and give us food. We use water for cleaning and various mechanical help. However, what scientists have just discovered may actually be The Discovery of The Millennium, and the turning point in human consciousness. Water is proving to be something more Devine than we ever thought of. In some largely ignored prior research, Dr. Masaru Emoto, who was born in Japan and is a graduate of the Yokohama Municipal University and the Open International University as a Doctor of Alternative Medicine discovered the same, much earlier. His photographs were first featured in his self-published books Messages from Water 1 and 2. The Hidden Messages in Water was first published in Japan, with over 400,000 copies sold internationally.

"Our findings suggest that water through a "memory" and concluded that there is communication between different types of water. Both appear to be essential for the understanding of the processes in living cells, the blend of approximately 70% water and also for understanding the communication of water in the world. This knowledge justifies the need to speak of a new dimension in the quality and health of our planet Earth."Prof. Dr. Bernd Helmut Kröplin Research: The memory of water, in the world drops

“Through studies such as the IGY (International Geophysical Year), we now know that relatively few elements compose most of the earth’s outer crust, including the layers beneath the oceans.  Silicon, oxygen, hydrogen, and aluminum amount for more than 90 percent of the composition of this layers.  Of even greater significance is the discovery that two of those four elements – hydrogen and oxygen – also account for more than 99 percent of our bodies as well!”  {The God Code – Gregg Braden pg 84}

The taxonomy of soil divides the types of dirt into twelve representing the 12 Tribes of I srael (His Body).  Alfisols, Andisols, Aridsols, Entisols, Gelisols, Histosols, Inceptisols, Mollisols, Oxisols, Spodosols, Ultisols, Vertisols.

Interestingly, the crust of the earth is made up of 12 plates.

Messiah & the Land

Isa 7:14  So, The Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold! The virgin will conceive and will bring forth a son; and she shall call His name Immanuel.
Isa 8:8  And he shall pass through Judah. He shall overflow and go over. He shall reach to the neck; and his wings will be stretching out, filling the breadth of your land, O Immanuel.
Isa 8:9  O peoples, suffer evil, and be broken! And listen, all from the far places of the earth; gird yourselves, and be broken. Gird yourselves and be broken!
Isa 8:10  Counsel a counsel, and it is frustrated; speak a word, and it shall not rise; for God is with us.

The body of Messiah & the land

Deu 32:43  Rejoice, O nations, of His people; for He shall avenge the blood of His servants, and shall render vengeance to His foes, and shall have mercy on His land and His people.

His land and His people is literally ‘His land, His people’

Zion = a land & a people

Isa 51:16 And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.
Isa 60:14 Also the sons of ones afflicting you shall come bowing to you. And all who despised you shall fall at the soles of your feet. And they shall call you, The City of Jehovah, the Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
Isa 62:11 Behold, Jehovah has made it to be heard to the end of the earth; Tell the daughter of Zion, Behold! Your salvation comes! Behold! His reward is with Him, and His work before Him.
Isa 62:12 And they shall call them, The Holy People, the Redeemed of Jehovah. And to you it shall be called, Sought Out, A City Not Forsaken.
Mat 5:14 You are the light of the world. A city situated on a mountain cannot be hidden.
Mat 5:15 Nor do they light a lamp and put it under the grain measure, but on the lampstand; and it shines for all those in the house.
Mat 5:16 So let your light shine before men, so that they may see your good works, and may glorify your Father in Heaven.
Rev 21:9 And one of the seven angels came to me, he having the seven bowls being filled with the seven last plagues, and spoke with me, saying, Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.
Rev 21:10 And he carried me in spirit onto a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, holy Jerusalem, coming down out of Heaven from God,
Rev 21:11 having the glory of God. And its light was like a very precious stone, as a jasper stone, being clear as crystal,
Rev 21:12 and having a great and high wall, having twelve gates, and twelve angels at the gates and names having been inscribed, which are of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel.

The people, the land, & the Covenant are linked

Lev 26:42  Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.

His Name

1Ki 14:21  And Rehoboam the son of Solomon reigned in Judah. Rehoboam was forty and one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned seventeen years in Jerusalem, the city which the LORD did choose out of all the tribes of Israel, to put his name there. And his mother’s name was Naamah an Ammonitess.
The land is linked with the Temple

1Ki 9:3  And Jehovah said to him, I have heard your prayer and your supplication with which you have made supplication before Me; I have sanctified this house that you have built to put My name there forever; and My eyes and My heart shall be there forever.
Deu 12:5  But unto the place {מקום ‘maqom’} which the LORD your God shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there, even unto his habitation (שכן ‘shakhan’) shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come:

מקום ‘maqom’ is linked with His name, the Temple & ‘seeing’ God

The numerical value of יהוה ‘Yahweh’ is 26 which corresponds to the three space dimensions: length, width and depth which contain 6 surfaces, 12 lines and 8 points (26).

The Measurement of the Earth

Gematria, the numeric value of letters, is from the Greek word for Geometry which means the measurement of the earth.

Psa 19:1  To the chief musician. A Psalm of David. The heavens are recounting the glory of God, and the expanse proclaiming His handiwork.
Psa 19:2  Day by day they pour forth speech, and night to night reveals knowledge.
Psa 19:3  There is no speech, nor are there words where their voice is not heard.
Psa 19:4  Their measuring line has gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world; in them He has set up a dwelling-place for the sun,

World – 3168

The word translated as “line” in verse 4 is the Hebrew word “KAV” and means a cord (as connecting), especially for measuring; figuratively a RULE; In Job 38:4-6 it is written: Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it? Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof; The Hebrew word translated “measures” in verse 5 is “May-mad”, it means measure, but it comes from the root word “Maw-dad” which means properly to stretch; by implication to measure (as if by stretching a line); figuratively to be extended:—measure, mete, stretch self.

Lets look at some measurements for our earth
Our Earth has a mean diameter of 7920 miles

What other verses = 3168?
Isa 53:11  He shall see the fruit of the travail of His soul; He shall be fully satisfied. By His knowledge the righteous One, My Servant, shall justify for many, and He shall bear their iniquities.

The Earth, as stated above, has a mean diameter of 7,920 miles. The Earth is surrounded by an oxygen rich atmosphere that extends in three layers, to a distance of 50 miles above the Earth. The crust of the Earth is an average of 10 miles thick. Below that is molten lava. Man’s world is limited to the crust and atmosphere surrounding it. The total of the Earth’s crust (10 miles) and the Earth’s atmosphere (50 miles) totals 60 miles.

The Earth’s elliptical orbit around the sun is given in Webster’s new world dictionary is 595 million miles. If we were to lay that 595 million miles out in a straight line, and then determine the time it would take for light to traverse it’s entire length, we would take the 595 million miles and divide it by the speed of light, 186,000 miles per second, divide the answer by 60 to get the minutes and then divide again by 60 to get the hours. Let’s look. Again, dropping all zero’s 595 million divided by the speed of light 186 = 3198924.7 seconds 3198924.7 seconds divided by 60 = 53315.4 minutes 53315.4 minutes divided by 60 = 888 hours 888 is the numerical value of Jesus, who said:
"I Am the light of the world" John 8:12

If we were to add together the mean distances from the sun, to all nine planets of our solar system to form a gigantic circle, the total given in the encyclopedia Britannica would be 9,954 (dropping all zero’s. If we divide this total by pi, which is 3.1416, and round off the answer to whole numbers, the answer is (dropping the fraction behind the decimal point) 3168 Again, Lord Jesus Christ.

Psa 108:5  Be lifted up, O God, above the heavens; and Your glory above (על ‘al’ – upon) all the earth;

The Mean Diameter of the Earth is 7920 miles.  The circle of the earth squared (placed in a square or boxed in thus) is 31680 miles around the Perimeter thereof as 792(0) x 4 and 3168 is the number of Lord Jesus Christ, in Greek.

In Hebrew, Messiah Jesus (משיח יהושוע ‘mashiach Yehoshua’) the Only (היחיד ‘hayachiyd’) (Zechariah 12:10) also adds up to 792(0), the mean diameter of the earth. Messiah Jesus the Glory (הכבוד ‘ha’kavod’) also adds up to 792.  Christ Jesus, the Wisdom, the Heart also would display this number.

Circle, Time & the Earth

Isa 57:15  For so says the high and lofty One who inhabits eternity {עד ‘ad’}, and His name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, even with the contrite and humble of spirit; to make live the spirit of the humble and to make live the heart of the contrite ones.

His Name is linked with Time

The name יהוה ‘Yahweh’ represents God as the Eternal One, as the four letters comes from the words היה ‘hayah’ (He was) הוה ‘hoveh’ (He is) and יהיה ‘yiyeh’ (He will be).  He was, He is, He will be.
Rev 4:8  And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.

The Temple was a place for His Name (1 Kings 5:5; 8:29; Jeremiah 7:12)  A place where Eternity could manifest in the time-space continuum.

Temple at the Center of Time – Source: David Flynn
“[Isaac] Newton’s fluency in ancient Greek, Hebrew and Latin helped him a great deal, granting him understanding that the word ‘temple’ was related to ‘time.’

For example ‘ temple in Latin has the meaning: [tempus, tempor, time.]  [templum, a space marked out, a building dedicated to a god, temple.] [tempora pl., the fitting or appointed time]”

This is confirmed in the Hebrew.  One of the names of the Tabernacle is אהל מעוד ‘ohel moed’ which is translated as tent of meeting or the tabernace of the congregation.  אהל ‘ohel’ means tent and מעוד ‘moed’ means appointed time.

The root meaning of מעוד ‘mo’ed’ is to repeat or do again {עד ‘ad’}.  It is a cyclical word.  מעוד ‘mo’ed’ is many times translated as ‘feast’ and not surprisingly the other Hebrew word for feast, חג ‘chag’ means a circle.

“The revolution of science that Newton single-handedly achieved in Principia was primarily that the laws of motion and gravity, and the nature of space and time, had not manifested apart from his belief in the immutable truths of the Bible.  From its pages, Newton found the path towards discovery in the natural universe.  By his own words, the Bible was his source of inspiration for every theory that he conceived.“

Newton's own copy of the first edition. It is interleaved with blank pages so he had sufficient space for annotations and corrections for his second edition, which he eventually published in 1713. The book was severely damaged by fire and damp

In Temple at the Center of Time, David Flynn uncovers what Newton was looking for and, in so doing, proves that pivotal events in history are unquestionably connected in time and space to the Temple of Jerusalem. Flynn’s revelations are sure to be heralded as one of the greatest discoveries in modern times. Here are some exerpts from the study by David Flynn. For the first time in history, in Temple at the Center of Time,  uncovers what Newton was looking for and, in so doing, proves that pivotal events in history are unquestionably connected in time and space to the Temple of Jerusalem.

“Newton believed that the code of civil and religious truth that God gave to Moses on Mount Sinai also contained the physical laws of creation.  Because the central focus of the Torah was the ‘Ark of the Law’ and later the temple that housed it, Newton reasoned that the unifying theory of dimension should also be contained within both.”
“Newton held the divine dimensions within the Temple of Solomon equal with the physical order of God’s creation, an order that was preserved in the length of the sacred cubit.  Newton included statements of the temple’s design in context with the form and fulfillment of prophecy in his work Lexicon Propheticum (Dictionary of Prophecy), in which he says, ‘This structure commends itself by the utmost simplicity and harmony of all its proportions.’”
“In the late 1500s, the Spanish Jesuits Hieronymo Prado and his student Juan Bautista Villalpando wrote Explanationes in Ezechielem, in which he described the dimensions of Ezekiel’s temple in relations to the platonic structure of music, the order of the heavens and the design of creation.  This work brought into focus the Renaissance ide of the temple as a microcosm of God’s creation, embodying the order of the universe.”

David Flynn quotes the Maharal “HaMakom V’HaZman Echad Hu”, Time and Space are One.

Maimonides in Guide to the Perplexed stated:
“Time is an accident consequent upon motion and is necessarily attached to it.  Neither of them exists without the other.  Motions does not exist except in time, and time cannot be conceived by the intellect except together with motion.  And all that with regard to which no motion can be found, does not fall under time.”  Source: Temple at the Center of Time.

Navigation on the waters

“From the greatest antiquity, the art of navigation has demonstrated a link between the heavens and earth.  On the sea and in deserts without changing horizons, the sun, moon, and stars are the only reliable guides.  The angle of the North star above the horizon reveals the latitude of the observer.  However, the calculation of longitude (location east or west of a fixed point) is based on the precise timing of the sun or stars at their zenith (highest point in their travel across the sky).  Both latitude and longitude are based on 360 degrees in a circle and the number of minutes and seconds in an hour (60).”

“In the New Testament, the Greek word naus means both a ‘center of the temple’ where the Ark stood in the Holy of Holies (Matthew 23:17) and ‘ship’ (Acts 27:41)….Naus is also the origin for the word nautical.  Greek nau-tes which is related to the Hebrew word navta meaning ‘to stretch out’, ‘to move or travel’ and even a ‘measuring line,’ found in Job 38:5, Isaiah 44:13, and Lamentations 2:8″
“In nautical terms, time and distance are related.  The speed that a ship travels across the water is the ‘knot,’ which is defined as on nautical mile per hour.  The number of degrees of travel determines nautical miles over the Earth multiplied by 60 minutes in an hour.  Distance in these degrees is calibrated using the terms ‘arc minutes’ and ‘arc seconds.’  This is, of course, due to the curvature of the Earth.”  {Temple at the Center of Time pg 65-67}

As seen above, the Holy of Holies is called a ‘naus’ in Greek.  In Hebrew it is דּביר ‘debir’ (1 Kings 6:5).  דּביר ‘debir’ = the Word.

“Motion cannot exist without time.  Time does not exist without motion.  The laws of space, gravity, and time bind us in our reality.”  {Temple at the Center of Time pg 91}

“Nautical miles are based on the ration of degrees in a circle to minutes in an hour.  The 360 degree circle and the 60 minute hour have existed from the birth of civilization.  Each degree of the great circle of the Earth equals 60 nautical miles.  the circumference of the earth is therefore 21,600 miles (360 x 60).  This is related to the value of the common cubit, which is 21.60 inches.  {Temple at the Center of Time pg 102}

The Cubit

The Cubit follows the Fibonacci pattern

The cubit’s connection to this study is fascinating.  The themes before mentioned line up with the meaning of this word.  The strong waters.  Binding (gravity).  The arm (right arm who created the universe and stretched for the heavens).

As seen above, אמון ‘amon’ refers to Messiah.  The Master craftsman beside the Father (Proverbs 8:30)  He is the Arm of God, who measures and spreads forth the universe.

“Newton’s book A Dissertation upon the Sacred Cubit of the Jews was written during his work on gravitation.  He believed that the sacred cubit would give him an accurate value of the diameter of the earth, a value needed for his calculations of gravity and calculus that he employed in Principia.”  {Temple at the Center of Time pg 81}

“The Israelite’s cubit in the time of Moses until Solomon was equal to 25.20 modern inches.”

Flanders Petrie in his study of ancient calibration called ‘Inductive Metrology’ pg 67 stated that the sacred cubit (25.20 inches) was the standard for all other measures including the British inch.
Interestingly, the Right Hand of the LORD that created and stretched forth/measured the Heavens is connected to this 25.20 number.  In the handwriting on the wall in the book of Daniel the following Hebrew words were written.”  {Temple at the Center of Time pg 84-85}

Dan 5:25  And this is the writing that was written: A MINA, A MINA, A SHEKEL, AND HALF MINAS.
Dan 5:26  This is the meaning of the thing: A MINA: God has numbered your kingdom and finished it.
Dan 5:27  A SHEKEL: You are weighed in the balances and found lacking.
Dan 5:28  HALF MINAS: Your kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians.

“MENE MENE TEKEL UPARSIN, were actually monetary values.  These are described as the standards of weight for use in Ezekiel’s future temple in Jerusalem {Ezekiel 45:12}:  ‘And the shekel (TEKEL) shall be twenty gerahs: twenty shekels, five and twenty shekels, fifteen shekels, shall be your maneh (MINAH).’  The numeric quantity represented were units of ancient Chaldean weights and measures.

The gerah was the smallest proportion of weight used in Babylonian commerce at the time.  Mene (1,000 gerahs), Mene (1,000 gerahs, Tekel (20 gerahs), and Peres, to divide the Mene (500 gerahs) equals 2,520.”  {Temple at the Center of Time pg 42}

“The ancient Jewish sages maintained that time and space were of the same distinction, implying that they mirror each other in shape….the pattern of both, according to the Law of God, is based on the number 2,520 and its fractal in the sacred cubit, 25.20.
It is significant that this number, encoded in the writing of the wall, manifested through the agency of a ‘hand,’ maintains the ancient metaphor of the ‘finger or hand of God’ working His will in the material universe.

However, it is the arm that extends the hand and fingers.  These work to execute the will, to create, write, and even make war.  The cubit was directly representative of these functions, and was the linear standard of all creation.  James Strong (1822-1894), professor of biblical literature and exegetical theology at Troy University, further explained this concept:

‘In the figurative idiom of the Hebrew its name is characteristically amah, which is merely a variation of the word em, a mother, not so much because the forearm is the mother of the entire arm, but because the cubit (or ulna) is the ‘mother,’ as it were, of all dimensions whether in the human body or elsewhere.’”
“In his Prolegomena to a Lexicon propheticumhe, Newton lists the Sacred Cubit as 7 palms… The 7-palm cubit would stand out as sacred due to its relation to the number 7.  Seven is the only number that does not divide evenly into 360.  The sacred number, 2,520, (100 times the sacred cubit) is also the result of 360 x 7.”  {Temple at the Center of Time pg 86-87}

The division of the day, from sunset to sunset, is the course of the sun moving in a circle around the earth (360 degrees).  A week is 7 times 360 which is 2,520. This number points to the kingdom of Heaven in that 7 days corresponds to the 7,000 year plan of God .  The fall of Babylon and Belshazzar’s demise is related to the fall of Jericho where Israel was commanded to go around it’s wall’s in a specific way related to this 7 day prophetic picture.

“There is far more significance to this story.  It is a lesson of the divine proportion.

Joshua 6:3 says, ‘You shall compass the city…and go round about the city once.  Thus shalt thou do six days.’

The six-fold compassing of Jericho yields and exquisite yet simple equation, and its intrinsic meaning fits the astronomical works and theories of Issac Newton.

‘Jericho,’ literally translated, means the moon (or Moon city), and is a homonym of the Hebrew word for ‘thrown down place.’
The Ark made six circles of 360 degrees around Jericho totaling 2,160 degrees….In circumscribing 2,160 degrees of Jericho with the Ark, the Israelites marked the diameter of the moon in modern statute miles.  The circumference (the distance around the moon) is found by multiplying 2,160 by the number 3.14159265.  This number is symbolized by the Greek letter π.  3.14159265 x 2,160 = 6,785.8401 miles.”  {Temple at the Center of Time pg 117}

On the 7th day, Israel encompassed Jericho 7 times.  7 x 360 = 2,520.  Using 2,520 and multiplying it by π, we get the diameter of the earth.

2,520 x 3.14159265 = 7,916.813 statute miles.

pi house

Π ‘pi’ – House

Isaac Mozeson links the Greek letter Π ‘pi’ with the Hebrew letter ב ‘bet’ through the Greek preposition ἐπι ‘epi’ that corresponds with the Hebrew preposition ב ‘bet’ both of which mean ‘on, at, upon or besides.’

This Π ‘pi’ – ב ‘bet’ is further seen through the form of the letter פ ‘peh’ (from whence comes the letter Π ‘pi’).  The letter ב ‘bet’ fits ‘inside’ of the letter פ ‘peh.’

The ancient sages believed this was showing that there was an invisible mouth that spoke creation into existence.  The Scriptures declare that the Word/Wisdom of God brought forth creation.

Jesus is the Wisdom of God.

1Co 1:24  But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

1Co 1:30  But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

The universe was created through Wisdom

Pro 3:19  The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens.

Jer 10:12  He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion.

Jer 51:15  He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by his understanding.

The universe was created through the Word

Psa 33:6  By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
Heb 11:3  By faith we understand the ages to have been framed by the Word of God, so that the things seen should not come into being out of things that appear.
2Pe 3:5  For this is hidden from them by their willing it so, that heavens were of old, and earth by water, and through water, having subsisted by the Word of God,
Joh 1:1  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:2  He was in the beginning with God.
Joh 1:3  All things came into being through Him, and without Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being.

The universe was created through Messiah Jesus who is the Word/Wisdom of God.

Col 1:15  Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
Col 1:16  For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
Col 1:17  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
Pro 16:4  The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

The Hebrew word for create is ברא ‘bara’ which pictographically points to Messiah Jesus, the Son of God.

He is the Word made flesh (John 1:1).

The Hebrew word for word is דבר ‘davar’ which literally means order.  Order is the definition of ‘cosmos’ {κόσμος ‘kosmos’} which is synonymous with the universe.  The universe is a “single spoken sentence”.  The cosmos/universe points directly the Word who is Messiah.

κόσμος ‘kosmos’ also has the meaning of the “circle of the earth” and was depicted as such by the ancients.

The Ancient and Medieval cosmos as depicted in Peter Apian’s Cosmographia.

 Thayer’s Greek Definitions:

Part of Speech: noun masculine
A Related Word by Thayer’s/Strong’s Number: probably from the base of G2865

As mentioned before, the root word of דבר ‘davar’ (Word) is דר ‘dar’ which means a circle.

Traditionally, the cosmos has been used synonymously with the Greek word αἰών ‘aion’ which means the world or universe.  The equivalent word to αἰών ‘aion’ in Hebrew is עלם ‘olam.’  Pictographically, this word means to see {ע ‘eye’} the shepherd who leads {לם shepherd leading to the waters}.  עלם ‘olam’ means the world/universe but also has the meaning of time as in eternity.

Today, scientists link space and time are together calling the universe “space-time”.  In Mandarin Chinese, cosmos and universe are both translated as 宇宙 (yǔzhòu), which literally translated means space-time (宇 yǔ, “space” and 宙 zhòu “time”).  Its interesting to note that our concept of ‘spacetime’ came about as a result of Albert Einstein’s theory of special relativity.  Einstein was born on March 14th 1879 (314).

This imagery of looking to the shepherd who leads to the waters is significant as sheep follow the shepherd bleating ‘bah.’  Literal sheep make the bleating sound of ‘baah’ which would be rendered in Hebrew as בה.  The ב ‘bet’ is the picture of a house and the ה ‘heh’ is a picture of a man with outstretched arms giving the meaning of revelation.  The House Revealed.

The first letter of the Scriptures is ב ‘bet’ and is enlarged in Torah scrolls.  This letter depicts a house, this is the primary purpose of Creation.  The Almighty desired to have a physical dwelling or “house”.  To build a house, a man takes a bride who establishes the home where children are born and raised.  This is the desire of our Creator.  To have a physical dwelling with His bride where many sons will be brought to glory (Hebrews 2:10).

He is our Creator and Redeemer.  These themes are seen in the sabbath (Exodus 20:11; Deuteronomy 5:15), which is rendered in Hebrew as שבת ‘shabbat.’  Pictographically, these letters means to “return to the house of the covenant” or “return to the house through the cross”.  A related Hebrew word is  שׁובו ‘shuvu’ which means to repent or return and has the numerical value of 314.
Interestingly, the words in Hebrew which have the meaning of redemption point to the circle.  גאל ‘ga’al’ means to redeem, but more literally to restore one to his original position, to come ‘full circle.’  The root of גאל ‘ga’al’ is גל ‘gal’ which means round or circular.  פדה ‘padah’ also means to redeem, as in one who is brought back to an original state or to come ‘full circle.’  The root of פדה ‘padah’ is פד which means to open {פ ‘peh’} the door {ד ‘dalet’}.  Messiah is the Good Shepherd, the Door to redemption (John 10:1-18).

In Hebrew, בה ‘bah’ (as in the bleating of sheep) means a void or empty space which needs to be filled.  Such is the state of mankind.  There is a void within all of us which reveals we are all sheep gone astray (Isaiah 53:6).  This emptiness can only be filled by the Good Shepherd who fulfills all our needs (Psalm 23:1).

Gen 1:1  In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth

The first word of the Scriptures is בראשית ‘bereshiyt’ (In the Beginning).  It has the numerical value of 913.  God the Father in Greek has an exact numerical equivalent.  In Hebrew the first word of the language is father אב ‘av.’

Interestingly, 913 also is associated with His House.  The first letter of the Scriptures is an enlarged bet.  The ב ‘bet’ in Hebrew means the house.

Messiah Jesus connects the house to His flesh.
Joh 2:19  Jesus said to them, Destroy this sanctuary, and in three days I will raise it up.
Joh 2:20  Then the Jews said, This sanctuary was forty six years being built, and do You raise it up in three days?
Joh 2:21  But He spoke about the sanctuary of His body.

The Church is the House of God.

1Ti 3:15  But if I delay, that you may know how to behave in the house of God, which is the assembly of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth.
His People are His Temple
1Co 3:9  For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building.
1Co 3:10  According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
1Co 3:11  For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
1Co 3:12  Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;
1Co 3:13  Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.
1Co 3:14  If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
1Co 3:15  If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
1Co 3:16  Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

1Co 6:19  What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

Church is translated from ἐκκλησία ‘ekklēsia’ which is a compound of ἐκ ‘ek’ and κλησία ‘klesia,’ thus meaning “called out”.  This corresponds with the Hebrew word קהל ‘qahal’ meaning one who hears the voice of the Shepherd.  The word ‘church’ traces back to the word ‘circe’ which comes from the Greek word κίρκος ‘kirkos’ which means a circle.

The Church is His bride

(Isaiah 54:5; Revelation 19:7-8; 21:9-12; Ephesians 5:23-32)
Jer 3:14  Turn {שׁובו ‘shuvu’ = 314}, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married {Greek – γαμος ‘gamos’ = 314} unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:

Spacetime

 As mentioned before, our concept of ‘spacetime’ came about as a result of Albert Einstein’s theory of special relativity.  Einstein was born on March 14th 1879 (314).  Spacetime has an interesting connection to this study on Π ‘pi.’

In physics, Einstein’s Theory of Relativity taught us that spacetime has a negative curvature- folded inward on itself.  This inward curvature is depicted as thus:

Einstein’s Theory of Relativity led scientists to depict the universe as a torus, others as a soccer ball.  The soccer ball is a ‘dodecahedron’ which is also depicted as the shape of the universe.

The Poincaré dodecahedral space has been recently proposed as the shape of the Universe

Is the universe a dodecahedron?

The standard model of cosmology predicts that the universe is infinite and flat. However, cosmologists in France and the US are now suggesting that space could be finite and shaped like a dodecahedron instead. They claim that a universe with the same shape as the twelve-sided polygon can explain measurements of the cosmic microwave background – the radiation left over from the big bang – that spaces with more mundane shapes cannot (J-P Luminet et al. 2003 Nature 425 593).

New findings in 2003 reveal that the shape of the Universe is a Dodecahedron based on Phi

In October 2001, NASA began collecting data with the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP) on cosmic background radiation.  Like visible light from distant stars and galaxies, cosmic background radiation allows scientists to peer into the past to the time when the universe was in its infancy.  Density fluctuations in this radiation can also tell scientists much about the physical nature of space.

NASA released the first WMAP cosmic background radiation data in February of 2003.  In October 2003, a team including French cosmologists and Jeffrey Weeks, a freelance mathematician and recipient of a MacArthur Fellowship or “genius award,” used this data to develop a model for the shape of the universe.
The study analyzed a variety of different models for the universe, including finite vs. infinite, flat, negatively curved (saddle-shaped), positively curved (spherical) space and a torus (cylindric).  The study revealed that the math adds up if the universe is finite and shaped like a dodecahedron, as in the illustration below provided by Weeks:

Bucky balls

Bucky balls, named after Buckminster Fuller, consist of 60 points on the surface of a spherical shape where the distance from any point to its nearest neighboring three points on the sphere is identical for all points.  Note that the surface consists of twelve phi-based pentagons, each one of which is connected to five of the twenty hexagons.
The coordinates of the 60 vertices of a Bucky ball centered on the origin of a 3D axis are all based on phi!

If this shape is rotated 180 degree and combined with the original, the edges of these two icosa-dodeca meet in a match to form a nest of full—or “great”—circles and 120 right triangles. This is the Universal Grid which Buckminster Fuller proposed to map the surface of a sphere.
In biology, this is the geometry of a cell membrane—the primary shape of biology.  In geology, this is the Earth Grid. Earth’s major mountain ranges, mid-ocean ridges, continental faults, tectonic plates, and other geophysical features align along this global grid.

Now, imagine adding a 13th point at the center of the Icosahedron, and attaching it to all the other vertex points with flexible, stretchable rubber bands. With this, you can turn this rigid geometric form inside out. Then, the center becomes the periphery, and edge becomes core. Turning outside and inside out. 12 + 1 = 13 is the geometric key to unlock this topological transformation of spacetime through a higher dimension.
To the mathematician and physicist, this is the “torus”—the geometry of magnetism.

Thus, 12 + 1 = 13 is a geometric key to unlock 3-D space and open into higher dimension geometries. Turning inside out—in-folding—is a convenient, universal way to store information (“in-form”) in fractal packages. This turning in trick of time, space and geometry has many important applications in biology, physiology and psychology.
In water, this universal flowform is the shape of fluid in motion within a container. And since living water is water in motion, and since every living body is a water body, we are each encoded with and attuned to this rolling rhythmic geometry.
In math, this infolded space has negative curvature—space turning and folding and curling in on itself.

In physics, Einstein’s Theory of Relativity taught us that spacetime has a negative curvature- folded inward on itself.  In biology, this is the shape of a red blood cell, full of hemoglobin, rich in magnetic iron.
In physics, Albert Einstein’s Theory of Relativity taught us that spacetime has a negative curvature—folded inward on itself.

Torus – Tzimtzum

The following information was put together by a friend of mine named William Nichols.  I’m not big on “Jewish thought” but for the purpose of examination and study, I share this concept of “tzimtzum” from Judaism as it fits in with the Π ‘Pi’ subject.

“At many times I have examined the ‘tzimtzum’ through the Torah and I have found hidden evidence in the Hebrew itself that supports it. Through this study I have now found how mathematics and science proves it through a little Greek letter called pi.
Remember that the ‘tzimtzum’ is the process by which ‘Ein Sof’ (Infinite One) contracted part of His infinite essence to make room for creation.

Many of the greatest Jewish thinkers have wondered what would have happened if ‘Ein Sof’ would have flooded back into the void that He created. They knew that utter destruction would have been the result. Therefore, they knew that a force had to have been created to counter the incredible effects of ‘infinity’ colliding with the ‘finite’. A certain teacher named Isaac Luria imagined a force that came from the void, that repeated infinitely ‘that is enough-do not come!’”

Tanya, Shaar HaYichud V’haEmunah I
“If the letters (with which heaven was created) were to remove themselves for an instant, God Forbid, and return to their source, the entire heaven would become an absolute vacuum.”

Col 1:16  For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
Col 1:17  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Rev 1:8  I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty (שדי ‘shaddai’).

The Hebrew word שדי ‘shaddai’ comes from the root:

Who comes form the ‘bosom of the Father’?
Joh 1:18  No one has seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, that One declares Him.

“At a lecture given at the Alliance Israelite University in 1996, Leon Askenasi was speaking on ‘The Circle and the Straight Line, Transcendence and Immanence.’ After explaining the tzimtzum and the meaning of the name Shaddai, he opened up some of the mysteries of how Elohim uses math and language to reveal His truth.

In studying the properties of the circle, they came close to understanding the void of the universe that upholds the earth of men. If this is studied from a mathematical point of view, the void in the circle is found through its relationship between a straight line and the circle, but the mystery is how to know what the relationship is!”

“The mystery is defined by pi is a transcendental or infinite number, whose exact value can never be ascertained, one that escapes any attempt at a ‘definition’ or enclosure within any kind of fixed measurements. The closest value of pi that we use is 3.1415926 or 3.14. The closest rational (using a fraction) value that we have is 22/7!

Now what does the number 22 represent?

In creation, Words were used to create, and words have letters. The Hebrew alphabet has 22 letters, to be exact!

What does 7 represent? Many things! Perfection! Completion!

When you take the Hebrew alphabet and divide it into perfection you get this infinite number!

The Greek mathematicians, especially Archimedes, attempted to use science to resolve the problem of the circle, and especially the radius that retains the void around its center. This is how they found the value represented by pi.”

“When ‘Ein Sof’ (Infinite One) ‘contracted’ back His essence to create the universe, He had to send a ‘line of light’—a ‘finite’ part that He created (light had to be created) of Himself to be able to relate with the ‘finite’ universe that was to be created through the ‘line of light’. This light was called the ‘kav’. Even though to us the ‘line of light’ appears infinite, to Ein Sof it is not! It can be ‘measured’ however, but not by man—but only so we can relate to Ein Sof. “

“Rotating a circle about a line tangent to it creates a torus, which is similar to a donut shape where the center exactly touches all the “rotated circles.” The surface of the torus can be covered with 7 distinct areas, all of which touch each other; an example of the classic “map problem” where one tries to find a map where the least number of unique colors are needed. In this 3-dimensional case, 7 colors are needed, meaning that the torus has a high degree of “communication” across its surface.”

Coloring a Torus

In the beginning, the Word/Voice of the Most High acted upon the waters and brought forth Light.  Sound frequencies based on physics and mathematics were applied to water.

“One more step brings us to colour, which is caused by the vibrations of light, as sound is caused by the vibrations of air. There is a relation between the two, so that a particular colour corresponds to a particular note in music.
Hence there are seven colours answering to the seven musical sounds, and it is found that sounds which harmonize, correspond with colours that harmonize. While discords in colour correspond with discords in music.
The seven, both in music and colour, are divided into three and four. Three primary colours and four secondary, from which all others proceed, answer to the three primary sounds called the Tri-chord, or common chord, and four secondary.
The subject is too abstruse to enlarge further upon here. Sufficient has been said to show that in the works of God all is perfect harmony, order and symmetry, both in number and design; and one corresponds with the other in a real and wonderful manner.”  {E.W. Bullinger – Number in Scripture pg 18}

12 musical notes

The 12 notes are collectively known as the chromatic scale.

Michael Semprevivo has introduced a concept called the PhiBar, which applies phi relationships to the spectrum of colors in visible light.  Colors in the spectrum that are related by distances based on phi or the golden section produce very rich and visually appealing combinations.

Why 12 notes?

Moving on to very speculative territory, you can surround a single sphere perfectly with 12 identically sized spheres – with each sphere perfectly touching its neighbouring spheres (this forms the points of the cuboctahedron, or the faces of its dual – the ‘rhombic dodecahedron’). Twelve also has the exclusive property of being the Gravitational Symmetry Limit – another sphere arrangement based on the icosahedron (See this site for more information). It seems inherently dodgy to relate musical pitch to geometry, but it’s a tiny possibility. While we’re in geometrical territory, there also appears to be an interesting relation to the 4 dimensional 24-cell as explained here.
